Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 6, 2026
Prismind (“Prismind,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle information when you visit prismindtech.com and its public Prismind and Ztal marketing pages. Ztal is a Prismind product.
This policy covers the public website only. It does not describe information processed inside the Ztal service or for a customer’s recruiting workflow, including candidate information. Those activities are outside this website policy and are handled under the applicable product or customer arrangements.
Information we receive
Information you send us
The public site offers a contact form and email links; it does not offer visitor accounts. If you submit the contact form, we receive your name, work email, company, selected inquiry type, and message. You may also provide a job title. The form includes basic source information about the page or link that brought you to it. Web3Forms processes the submission so it can be delivered to us; see the Web3Forms Privacy Policy. If you email hello@ztal.ai, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include, such as your name, company, role, message, and any attachments.
Technical information
When your browser requests a page, the hosting, delivery, or security services used to operate the site may process basic request information such as your IP address, browser and device details, requested page, request time, and referring page. We use this information to deliver the site, protect it from misuse, and diagnose technical problems. The services involved may retain operational logs under their own retention schedules. Google Analytics 4 also processes information about visits to the public site, such as page views, browser and device details, and interaction events. Google uses IP addresses at collection to estimate general location and says it discards them before they are logged in Analytics. See Google’s information about Analytics data and safeguards.
How we use information
We use information received through the public site to:
- Respond to messages and business inquiries;
- Maintain a record of our communications and follow up on requests;
- Understand public-site usage and measure completed contact-form inquiries;
- Operate, secure, and troubleshoot the website; and
- Meet legal obligations and protect our rights where necessary.
Cookies and analytics
The public site uses Google Analytics 4 to measure page views and general site usage. The Google tag may use first-party
cookies or similar identifiers to distinguish browsers and visits. The Analytics property may also collect automatic
interaction events, depending on its settings. We send a generate_lead event only after the contact-form service
confirms a successful submission; the event identifies the form method and does not include your name, email, company,
message, or other form answers. The Google tag installed on this site is configured for Analytics measurement; this
site does not use it to serve targeted ads.
You can block or remove cookies through your browser settings, though that may affect measurement. Google explains its data practices and available controls in its Analytics privacy information.
When we share information
We may share information with service providers that help deliver, secure, or support the website and our email communications, including Web3Forms for contact-form submissions and Google for Analytics. Those providers process information under their own service terms and privacy practices to provide services to us. We may also disclose information when required by law, to respond to valid legal process, or to protect people, our rights, or the security of the site. We do not sell website visitor information or use it for targeted advertising.
Retention and security
We keep email correspondence and contact-form inquiries for as long as needed to respond, maintain relevant business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal requirements. Analytics data retention is controlled through the Google Analytics property settings. Technical logs are retained according to the operational and security schedules of the services that process them. We use reasonable safeguards for the information we control, but no method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure.
Your choices and requests
You may contact us to ask about, access, correct, or request deletion of information you have sent us. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and we will handle requests in accordance with applicable law. To make a request or raise a privacy concern, email hello@ztal.ai with “Privacy” in the subject line.
Third-party websites
The site may link to services operated by others. When you follow an external link or start an email, that service’s own privacy terms apply to its handling of your information.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the website or our practices change. We will post the current version here and revise the date above.
